In the last 6 years, improvements have been tremendous, much cleaner, much safer, quiet, and good neighbors. Kids seem safe and happy with the playground, bus stops at the parking lot daily, and parents have a safe place to pick them up.

Long story short, I've recently been going through life changes/divorce. I needed a place, and Woodland Townhomes was extremely helpful throughout my process. I never felt lost, and it was very easy to follow their instructions. I was able to schedule a tour at a reasonable time. The cost was very reasonable for what I needed and could afford, going through my life changes. I was assisted and helped throughout the entire process, from start to finish, by Tarra. These are beautiful. I took a tour last week and will be putting in my application soon. The lady, I think her name was Sherry, was so kind and respectful. She answered every single one of my many questions. It really made me feel like, if I need to call for maintenance or management, my request will not be ignored. It’s clean and nice here. The pool looks beautiful, and the property is clean.

I know I’ve shared a lot of concerns over the time I've been here, but I want to thank you. I saw you both out cleaning up the community this morning. I have never observed another manager picking up trash on the property. One used to vacuum every so often, but it’s rare and appreciated! I’m glad you’re here.

I love it. It is quiet and peaceful. Feels like my home and is friendly. They responded to my issue in less than 24 hours and cleaned up afterwards. They left a card, as well as an email, telling me what they had fixed, and I haven't had an issue with my sink since.

It's a very quiet place to stay. I come from living outside the city, and the area and scenery remind me of that life. I've been allowed to stick security cameras out in various spots around the complex to keep an eye out for suspicious activity and help keep the complex I reside in secure.

It's a great community. It's convenient for my work and for going shopping. Everything is around where I need it to be. Walmart is not too far, IVs are right here, the post office, and everything else is around here. It's just a great community.
