PRISM Cares is Prism Real Estate Services’ community outreach program. PRISM Cares is a way for employees and its affiliates to give back to the community. The vision of the program is to help those less fortunate or affected by hard times while team building and bringing our employees together in a sense of community and leadership.
Prism Jeans Day
The first Friday of each month, Prism employees are invited to wear jeans to work and donate $5. All proceeds are given to a chosen and different charity each month:
Salvation Army Adopt-a-Family Program
PRISM and its employees adopted over 20 families for the 2017 Holiday Season. Gifts, clothing, and grocery gift cards were provided to help these struggling families enjoy their holiday season.
Harvesters Thanksgiving Food Drive
PRISM set out food collection barrels at all of their properties and together we collected 4,316 pounds of food for those in need.
School Supply Drive
PRISM Cares’ recent community outreach program was a SCHOOL SUPPLY DONATION DRIVE. We invited members of our communities to donate school supplies to children whose families could not otherwise afford to purchase.
Our Kansas City properties delivered all supplies to the Assistance League of Kansas City’s OPERATION CHILD IN NEED program. Non-Kansas City properties’ supplies were donated to their local school districts.
