Kelly Hill grew up in Lenexa, Kansas, and graduated from Shawnee Mission West High School. She attended junior college at Bossier Parish Community College in Louisiana, taking night classes while working full time in Property Management. She has always been a Jayhawk by heart, but completed her schooling, studying both Psychology and Criminal Justice, at The University of Oklahoma.

Kelly has been in the Property Management field since 2000. She began her career at a young age and progressed through multi-family management, HOA management, and real estate investment, specializing in single-family, commercial, and lease-to-own properties.

In September of 2023, Kelly and her family decided that it was the right time to move “home” to Kansas City. She joined Prism Real Estate Services in October 2023 and brought with her a wealth of Property Management experience and educational understanding on how to manage people. She prefers to lead by example and can be found stepping onto a property to lend a hand with maintenance, leasing, and enjoys the light bulb moment when she can show a manager how to accomplish any task at hand.

When she is not at work, Kelly can be found visiting the farm with her husband and their four children. She has a love of animals and is particularly fond of cows. She has two tiny toy poodles that are her babies.
