Great location! Very clean apartment. Adequate cost for the square footage. Although there is reserved parking, it would be nice to have covered/limited access or gated parking. Great having a washer/dryer in unit. Neighbors are nice.

Overall, we've had a positive experience living here. The staff has been friendly and responsive, and the property is well-maintained. The only recurring issue has been that the apartment doesn't stay cool during warmer months, which seems to be related to either the air conditioning or the window insulation, and it's been an ongoing problem for about two years.

The staff, maintenance, and the community are great. The only reason I would move is due to buying. Great neighborhood to walk in. Walking distance to the Plaza and Westport. I live in the one-bedroom, and it's the perfect size for me.
