Easy from start to finish. All my concerns were taken care of. Justin was nice and easy to talk to. I love that it's quiet and I feel safe. The price is good and worth it. I'm so happy with my new place.

We love living here. As seniors, we really appreciate the staff. We always get a prompt response to any issues we have. Sherry, Tarra, and Daenen are great. They are always very accommodating. We have wonderful, thoughtful neighbors. We rented our last townhouse for 25 years. We hope to remain here many more years, depending on the rent increases.

My family and I have been residents for 4 years, and I have nothing but good things to say about Daenen, Tarra, and Sherry. Their care for the residents and property is remarkable. Maintenance is very quick to fix issues and is always respectful. Lawn care and winter weather treatments are outstanding. No “slumlords” here. It’s a great neighborhood for all ages.

The maintenance man was amazing. He came out the day after the request. He communicated very well about the issue since I was at work, and the issue was fixed before I got home from work.

The apartments have been nice and quiet so far. Maintenance is quick upon request, and there is easy access to our trash as well. Paying monthly is easy, and I like that we have extra parking passes if we have a guest overnight.
