Absolutely wonderful neighborhood and great people! The staff is so friendly, especially Yvette! She was incredible at helping me get moved in and just helped my younger brother also!! Y'all have to check this place out!

It really was the care and consideration shown by Stacy during our tour that we were the most impressed by (though of course we also loved the apartment) but during our tour, Stacy demonstrated that she is not only very knowledgeable about the units, amenities, and property as a whole, but she demonstrated that she has a knowledge of the tenants that is only acquired through legitimate care for the tenants. I also want to be clear that she did not violate anyone's privacy by sharing any sensitive information, but it was clear that she has positive relationships with the tenants and goes above and beyond to ensure that they are happy and comfortable in their living spaces.

Dante was wonderful! He offered to put everything back under my sink after he fixed the leak under the bathroom sink, and I'm picky about where things go, so I did it myself. I do very much appreciate the offer. He went above & beyond by taking my trash out from the bathroom, from stuff that got ruined, & took my kitchen trash out for me. Very polite & professional!

It's very quiet here. I love the safety factor, as you need a key to get inside the building, which makes me feel a little safer. The landlord and maintenance man are on top of things. Every time I have put a work order in, there's been communication if something might be delayed on getting fixed between the office and me, which I appreciate.

There are about 1000 other apartments in the area. My issues with the others ranged from not returning my phone calls, being rude, extra fees added to the rent after we had discussed the monthly rent, pests, crime, etc. Jami was pleasant, knowledgeable, friendly, and just a very likable person! Clone Jami or have her train any new employees. Just going to reiterate how good a job Jami did!!
