Over the last 10+ years, Prism has not only allowed but encouraged me to grow professionally. The support and strong encouragement towards growth have allowed me to take on additional roles and responsibilities, from my original start as a Project Manager to my current role as Vice President. I began my Human Resources career with Prism Real Estate Services in February 2023, and from day one, the people here have invested in me both professionally and personally. After one year, I was promoted from HR Assistant to HR Generalist and have been given countless opportunities to grow and learn—including pursuing my HRCI PHR certification. I’ve also had the privilege of witnessing Prism’s leaders consistently demonstrate integrity and compassion in the way they care for their employees. I’m proud to be part of a company that truly values its people and invests in their success.

After almost ten years at Prism, I can honestly say it’s a company that truly invests in its people. My role has evolved a lot over the years, and I’ve always had leaders who encourage learning, collaboration, and trust me to take initiative. It’s been really rewarding to grow both personally and professionally alongside the company.

I’ve been with Prism Real Estate Services since the very beginning, and over the past 13 years, I’ve had the privilege of watching the company grow while working alongside some truly remarkable people. I started as a Senior Property Manager and was promoted to Regional Manager a few years later. Each year has brought new opportunities for growth, and I’ve seen firsthand how dedicated Prism is to improving the lives of both our residents and our employees.
