My interaction with Stacy was fabulous. She knew the apartments and their layouts. My only concern was not being able to physically see the apartment, I understand they were still occupied. It's a quiet, peaceful little hill to live on and is made even more peaceful knowing the fact I have my co workers living here since we all work security. When reviewing this complex I was initially concerned with some of the low ratings I have viewed about this complex, but for the life of me I cannot find any reason that even a 4 star review is warranted, all 5 star service so far.

Read More“I have now lived at The Flats At Minor Park, for a whole year. I moved into the community on 9/5/2020. I loved my newly renovated 2bdrm, 2bath apartment then and I love it even more today. I really love our community. I feel so wonderfully blessed. The landscape is simply beautiful. The grounds are very well kept. Our community is very quiet and peaceful, it's laid back off of a very busy street. We have a couple of playgrounds for the children and a dog park for the pets. I did say children. You wouldn't even know, we have children of all ages in our beautiful community. I said it last year and I will say it again "We have the best Community, Property Management and Maintenance staff in South Kansas City".
