The community and staff have been great. We appreciate the staff and what they do to keep their community safe and happy. Just a few days after the new management took over we had a major snow storm and I woke up to find not only was my walkway and driveway salted but shoveled! That had never happened before and was greatly appreciated! We then got a new roof, new gutters, now new fencing and what is this I hear about the sprinkler system being addressed? WOW! 

Please know that while I am planning to move not only due to potential rent increase but also in order to assist my parents in keeping their home now that my dad is retiring in his late 70's, that Katina and her staff are doing a wonderful job of communicating with residents, updating and caring for the property, which is an enormous task, and is absolutely delightful to work with.

I toured this community recently and was very impressed. The staff were courteous, matter of fact, and helpful with my questions. The apartment itself is very affordable for the location, upgrades, and the current economy. I like that they do offer a few different options as far us updates and things go and I loved that it comes with a washer and dryer. This will be a great starter "home" for my husband and I.

Honestly, my experience has been great here. Other than parking being an unknown every time you pull up, staff has been friendly, helpful, understanding, and prompt with every request and concern. They tool care of pest control concerns, and when something needed to be fixed, it was fixed in a timely manner. You can't ask for much more from an apartment complex.
