Aly Noland's journey with Prism Real Estate Services, LLC started back in its early days, originally as a freelance web designer for Prism’s portfolio properties. By 2016, she was all-in, bringing with her a decade of commercial real estate experience and a passion for making systems run smoother.

As Special Projects Manager, Aly wore a lot of hats. She rolled out smart tech like an investor portal, revamped budgeting workflows, and helped fine-tune processes that made the company’s operations more efficient and measurable. After seven years of driving behind-the-scenes innovation, she stepped into a new challenge in 2024: Asset and Investment Analyst.

Today, Aly digs into financial analysis, supports big-picture strategy, manages acquisitions, oversees investor relations, and builds the KPIs that help departments stay focused and on target. Her work is all about turning data into smart decisions and helping create long-term value across the board.

Aly lives in Shawnee with her husband and two boys. She’s a die-hard Kansas City Chiefs fan and enjoys making the most of Colorado’s snow each year with family snowboarding trips in the mountains.
