Andrew Elias is an Acquisitions Analyst at Prism Real Estate Services, where he is responsible for evaluating acquisition opportunities through financial modeling, market research, due diligence, and investment analysis. He enjoys combining data-driven analysis with market insights to identify opportunities and support sound investment decisions.

Andrew graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Economic Consulting, where he was actively involved in the Real Estate Club and participated in real estate case competitions that helped develop his underwriting, valuation, and presentation skills.

Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, spending time outdoors, following sports, and making memories with family, friends, and his dogs. He is always looking for opportunities to learn, grow, and build meaningful relationships within both the real estate industry and his community.
