Currently pursuing an Accounting degree at Johnson County Community College (JCCC), Bethany brings a strong background in accounting, auditing, and property management to the Prism team. Prior to joining the company, she spent four years working in military housing in California, where she gained experience in auditing, accounting, customer service, and move-out processing. After returning to Kansas in 2025, she continued building her industry knowledge as a Property Manager in the multifamily housing sector.

At Prism, Bethany utilizes her auditing and accounts payable expertise to support both the commercial and multifamily property management teams. Her responsibilities include posting daily tenant payments, reviewing account ledgers, processing invoices and utility charges, addressing tenant account concerns, and conducting monthly lease audits. Her attention to detail and financial knowledge help ensure accuracy and efficiency across multiple property portfolios.

Outside of work, Bethany enjoys staying active at the gym, baking, cooking, and exploring new foods. She also enjoys playing games on the Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and VR platforms; in addition, she can often be found reading or expressing her creativity by designing and building homes in The Sims.

A dedicated animal lover, Bethany shares her home with two rescue dogs: a shepherd mix rescued from Tijuana and a French Bulldog.
