Bill McFarland
DIRECTOR OF COMMERCIAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Bill McFarland joined the Prism team in January of 2022 in the new role of Commercial Property Manager, was promoted to Senior Commercial Property Manager in 2024, and now functions as the Director of Commercial Property Management in 2026. Prior to that, he spent 16 years with another local management company working in both multifamily and commercial. Bill is a licensed realtor and investor as well, with a portfolio of single-family rental homes.

Bill loves working in the commercial industry and getting to interact with all of the various business owners. Bill’s ability to connect with people helps maintain great relationships with the Prism tenants

Bill is a diehard Chiefs fan and season ticket member who regularly travels for Chiefs playoff games (although they’ve all been home games for the last five years). When he’s not attending Chiefs games you can find Bill on the golf course working to get his score into the 70s more regularly.
