BRANDON JENNINGS
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - PCMG

Brandon Jennings joined Principle Construction & Maintenance Group (PCMG) at Prism in 2024, bringing over 17 years of sales experience to his role as Business Development Manager. His previous experience includes 12 years in the staffing industry, spanning IT, Accounting/Finance, and Construction. With a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Pittsburg State University, Brandon combines his background in learning and leadership with a dynamic, people-first approach to business development.

Known for his confidence and charisma—he calls it the "gift of gab"—Brandon thrives on building genuine connections. He listens closely to clients’ needs, quickly identifies their challenges, and delivers tailored solutions that drive success. Although he has only been with Prism for a short time, his energy and insight have made an immediate impact.

Outside of work, Brandon is a proud dad to three amazing boys. Whether he’s cheering them on in sports and music, whipping up something delicious in the kitchen, fishing, playing chess, or watching the Chiefs, Jayhawks, and Royals, Brandon embraces life with heart and enthusiasm. He also shares his home with his wonderful and loyal Border Collie.
