Crystal Overton joined Prism Real Estate Services in October of 2022 as the Corporate Trainer & Roving Manager. Crystal began her multi-family housing career in Northern California before making her way back to the Midwest. During that time, she fine-tuned her skills, including managing large multi-family complexes of over 300 units, developing and executing property budgets, training new team members, and auditing properties to set them up for success.

At Prism, Crystal’s bubbly personality always lights up the office. Crystal manages a roving property management team geared towards supporting onsite staff. She also oversees the onboarding and ongoing training of onsite employees across all multi-family properties in Kansas, Missouri, and Arkansas with ambition and compassion. Her teams know that they can rely on her for guidance and encouragement, no matter the situation.

Crystal is originally from Iowa but has called the Kansas City Metro home for the last 17 years. She currently lives in Liberty, has been married for over 24 years, and has three amazing children. During the week, you can find her leading a grief support group. On the weekend, you can find her supporting her children at their dance competitions or baseball tournaments. And, of course, she loves them Chiefs!
