Issues will arise but when Prism is made aware they will hop on the task and satisfy their residents the best way they can and resolve any unresolved issues promptly. This is a good community of individuals. Atmosphere is peaceful.

I am most appreciative of Dani and Jami processing my in-person work order on April 17. I never know until the last minute when I am able to burn some vacation days. The requests were simple, standard ones; however, I was never able to get male friends to help me.

Shawn and Johnny, what can I say? First - I was surprised I was their first stop of the day (I was very appreciative of this). Second - friendly and courteous. They understood why I had made such maintenance requests to replace the large kitchen light (I couldn't have done it by myself as it took both of them as well as them shutting off the power for a short time) and reposition the smoke alarm (number of years of removing for battery replacement had enlarged the anchoring hole and I was worried I would make it worse in using a small electric drill. They moved it and I painted over the hole - you would never know it!). My last request, if they had time, was to replace a bedroom curtain rod that over the years had just became loose and when replacing a new curtain, the rod would not stay in place. They realigned and hung the curtain in minutes!

In summary, I was most appreciative of the overall professionalism and maintenance work, especially for a woman who lives alone. Thank you Clear View Staff!

You definitely get for what you pay for, it's comfortable for the price. The landscaping is really well taken care of, and management does actually listen when you bring up issues. That being said, it is still an apartment complex so it's not the most quiet place to live, and you'll definitely be aware of all of your neighbors at some point. But it does seem to be a community where if you have issues and you talk with your neighbors about them they tend to listen and try to compromise with you.

This is a quiet community with a park like setting. As far as apartment living Its safe, great management, great maintenance, and shall we mention the pool! The pool is a great way to relax after a hard day at or on your weekend off!

The community and staff have been great. We appreciate the staff and what they do to keep their community safe and happy. As we moved in 2020 our place could use the updating (we have older version of home) with interior as our rent increases each year. Besides that we love being here and would recommend this community to anyone.
