Jacob joined the PCMG team in February of 2025. With a background as a low-voltage electrician, Jacob brings a strong foundation of hands-on experience to his role. After three years in the field, his skills and leadership potential earned him a promotion to Project Manager at his previous company—a position he's proudly held ever since. Prior to joining Prism, Jacob led construction and remodeling efforts for a non-profit organization, managing projects across multiple sites.

Holding an MEP Certification through Google, Jacob is driven by a passion for uniting teams to accomplish shared goals. Known for exceptional communication, adaptability, and integrity, he prioritizes building meaningful, lasting relationships in every project.

As a Construction Project Manager at Prism, Jacob oversees projects from concept to completion—coordinating contractors, architects, and stakeholders to ensure timely, on-budget, high-quality results. His focus on structure, problem-solving, and efficiency keeps every build on track and aligned with Prism’s high standards.

Outside of work, Jacob enjoys gaming, following WWE, and spending time with his two dogs, Susie and Luna. Above all, he cherishes quality time with his wife and four children—the heart of his world.
