JENNIFER KINCADE
CORPORATE ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST

Jennifer Kincade joined Prism Real Estate Services, LLC, as the Corporate Accounting Specialist in June 2025. She has lived in several places but returned to her hometown, Overland Park, Kansas, in 2018 to be closer to her parents. That same year, she began working for a non-profit organization as a Bookkeeper and was promoted to Business Manager within a year and a half.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management from the University of Houston–Clear Lake. Her career background is rooted in accounting and financial management. However, one of her most rewarding experiences was working with special needs preschoolers, helping them identify and develop important learning skills.

In her role at Prism, Jennifer relies on her management expertise in planning, organizing, and leading to support her day-to-day responsibilities. She values accuracy, good decision-making, and clear communication, and continues to develop her skills as both a listener and a customer service professional.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys gardening, cooking, traveling, and taking on interior decorating projects around her home. Most of all, she loves spending time with her two adult children.
