Jessica joined Principal Construction & Maintenance Group (PCMG) in 2023. With a strong background in project management and a talent for organization, Jessica brings energy, experience, and a sense of humor to everything she does. Before joining PCMG, she managed complex door installation projects for hospitals nationwide as a Project Manager at Fire Door Solutions. She also served as a Facilities Coordinator for a prominent sports architecture firm, giving her a well-rounded foundation in operational support and client coordination.

Although she attended the University of Nebraska–Lincoln with a focus on marketing and education, it was her on-the-ground experience that shaped her career path. Starting out in administration, she quickly rose through the ranks thanks to her knack for multitasking, attention to detail, and excellent customer service—plus, as she proudly puts it, her ability to “handle the boys.” At Prism, Jessica plays a key role in scheduling maintenance teams, improving internal processes, and ensuring client needs are met with clarity and care.

Outside the office, she’s a live music lover, a dedicated Kansas City Chiefs fan, and the go-to dog-sitter for just about everyone she knows. She shares her life with her husband, her amazing 10-year-old daughter, and a few furry friends who keep things interesting.
