Mike Palikij joined Principal Construction & Maintenance Group (PCMG) in 2024 and brought over seven years of senior leadership experience in construction, renovation, and property management. Before joining Prism, he led teams across several companies in the Kansas City area, honing his expertise in operations and team development.

A proud graduate of Kansas State University—Go Cats!—Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts with a focus in History. His strong communication and sales skills, along with his ability to balance leadership and management, play a key role in driving operational success with PCMG. Mike is deeply committed to continuous learning and industry growth, and he applies that mindset daily as he plans sales strategies, enhances system efficiencies, supports business development, and ensures outstanding customer service through value engineering.

Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters, and their Cavapoo pup. He’s an avid cook and BBQ enthusiast and enjoys hiking and yard work.
