NANCY MILLER
CONTROLLER

Nancy Miller joined Prism in 2023, bringing a wealth of experience and leadership to her role as Controller. Her career began as an Accountant and progressed through the roles of Senior Accountant and Accounting Manager before she stepped into the role of Controller in 2010—a position she has excelled in ever since. Prior to joining Prism, Nancy served as Controller for a real estate company specializing in Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) properties.

Nancy holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and is known for her exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and keen financial analysis. These strengths are central to her work, as she leads financial reporting and analysis across Prism’s multifamily, commercial, and construction portfolios.

Outside of the office, Nancy enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and friends, and loves line dancing with her daughter. At home, she shares life with four beloved pets: 2 loyal German Shepherds, a spirited Chocolate Lab, and her charming orange cat.
