Nassima Saidani joined Prism Real Estate Services, LLC as a Multi-family Accountant in 2026, bringing a strong background in accounting, auditing, and financial reporting. Prior to joining Prism, she served as a Staff Accountant at the Uniformed Services Benefit Association (USBA) from 2023 to 2024 and later worked as a Staff Accountant/Auditor with Myers and Stauffer (CBIZ M&S Consulting) from 2024 to 2025.

Academically, Nassima holds a Master’s degree in Auditing and Accounting from the University of Tizi-Ouzou in Algeria, earned in 2017, and a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC), completed in 2023. She is currently working toward obtaining her CPA designation. She is also quadrilingual – being fluent in Berber, French, Arabic and English!

In her role at Prism, Nassima applies her expertise in accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and auditing to support the company’s financial operations. Key responsibilities include managing accounts payable processes, performing month-end close activities, and completing bank reconciliations to help ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Outside of work, Nassima enjoys staying active at the gym, shopping, exploring new restaurants, and baking. She also cherishes spending time with her family, especially her five-year-old daughter.
