Nick Rupp brings extensive leadership and property management experience to the Prism team, supported by a strong educational foundation with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Wichita State University. Prior to joining the company in 2026 he served as Director of Property Management for Sharpline Communities, where he developed expertise in portfolio oversight, team leadership, and resident relations.

In his current role, Nick oversees a portfolio of 960 apartment homes across seven properties. He works closely with property management teams to ensure operational excellence, support team performance, and address escalated resident concerns. His strong communication and organizational skills are key to keeping teams aligned and properties running efficiently while maintaining a high level of resident satisfaction.

Outside of work, Nick loves spending his time outdoors, whether camping or working on his new home. A sports enthusiast, he enjoys playing basketball, football, and pickleball. He is looking forward to an exciting personal milestone, as he is engaged and preparing for his wedding in September 2026! Nick also shares his home with two beloved Dalmatians who keep things fun and active.
