Reba has built an impressive career with Prism, demonstrating a strong commitment to growth and excellence along the way. Since joining the company, she has earned several promotions, advancing from Assistant Property Manager to Property Manager in November 2023, Senior Property Manager in May 2024, Roving Property Manager in December 2024, and most recently Multifamily Accountant in September 2026.

She holds an Associate in Arts degree from Metropolitan Community College and is a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM). She also brings eight years of hospitality management experience to her role. Her background in operations, customer service, and property management has helped shape her strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

As a Multifamily Accountant, Reba supports multiple properties and partners closely with property teams to ensure financial information is accurate, organized, and properly documented. Her responsibilities include reviewing invoices, reconciling accounts, researching discrepancies, coordinating with vendors, assisting with reporting, and supporting consistent accounting processes across the portfolio. Known for her attention to detail, she enjoys digging into complex issues, finding solutions, and helping teams stay on track.

Outside of work, Reba enjoys spending time with family and friends, baking, reading, visiting farmers markets, attending concerts and movies, and exploring local food festivals. She also loves spending time with her cat, Flower, who is a cherished part of her family.
