I have not been here long, less than a month, but I really like this place. The community is quiet, and I love the community of Lawrence. I had a maintenance issue and the issue was quickly checked out and resolved.

It's a quiet, peaceful little hill to live on and is made even more peaceful knowing the fact I have my co workers living here since we all work security. When reviewing this complex I was initially concerned with some of the low ratings I have viewed about this complex, but for the life of me I cannot find any reason that even a 4 star review is warranted, all 5 star service so far.

I really love our community. I feel so wonderfully blessed. The landscape is simply beautiful. The grounds are very well kept. Our community is very quiet and peaceful, it's laid back off of a very busy street. We have a couple of playgrounds for the children and a dog park for the pets. I did say children. You wouldn't even know, we have children of all ages in our beautiful community. I said it last year and I will say it again "We have the best Community, Property Management and Maintenance staff in South Kansas City".
