They are always very accommodating. We have wonderful, thoughtful neighbors. We rented our last townhouse for 25 years. We hope to remain here many more years, depending on the rent increases.

Maintenance is very quick to fix issues and is always respectful. Lawn care and winter weather treatments are outstanding. No “slumlords” here. It’s a great neighborhood for all ages.
