TIEARRA BENNETT
ASSISTANT REGIONAL MANAGER

Tiearra joined Prism in September 2023 as the Senior Property Manager at Brookwood Village Townhomes and Windsong Townhomes in Blue Springs and Lee’s Summit, MO. She was quickly promoted to Assistant Regional Manager in August 2024. With over a decade of prior experience in property management, Tiearra brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to her role. She supports site managers across multiple properties, oversees leasing audits, reviews applications, and drives marketing efforts.

Outside of work, Tiearra enjoys fishing, crafting, archery, and spending quality time with her partner and three kids—two of whom are now adults and one a teenager. Her busy household also includes two dogs and a pet pig, all of whom keep life full of fun and surprises.
