Tyler Waddell joined the Prism Real Estate Services Team in 2020 as an Assistant Project Coordinator for both our construction company and maintenance company subsidiaries, Principal Construction, LLC and Prism Maintenance Group, LLC. Tyler graduated from the University of Central Missouri as a Finance Major.

Because of Tyler’s strong work ethic and levelheadedness, he has been promoted several times and now takes on the role of Operations Manager for our construction subsidiary, Principal Construction & Maintenance Group (PCMG).

In his free time, Tyler enjoys adventures such as skydiving and fishing. He’s very proud of the fact that he can juggle!
